Pilates
You give so much. Give yourself 50 minutes. Explore Reformer Pilates with Towers and Elevated Mat Pilates, practiced on the raised surface of the reformer. Small classes of just five people mean more personal attention and guidance throughout your session.
What Sets Us Apart
More personal attention
With only five Reformers or Mats, our instructors can offer more individual guidance and create a class experience that feels more personal.
More Ways to Move
Our Reformers include Towers, allowing for a wider range of exercises and more variety in strength, control, mobility, and resistance work. Elevated Mat Pilates builds strength, stability, and control with light props and resistance — all on a raised surface, not on the floor.
On-Site Wellness Lounge
Continue caring for your body after class with a range of recovery tools and wellness services, including Red Light Therapy, Body Contouring Roller, Vibration Platform, and Leg Compression Boots.
How Is Reformer & Tower Pilates Different from Regular Reformer Pilates?
More exercise variety: the Tower adds springs, bars, and straps that allow for movements beyond what a standard Reformer offers.
More resistance options: Different spring settings make it easier to adjust the level of support or challenge for each exercise.
A fuller-body experience: Reformer & Tower classes can target strength, mobility, control, balance, and flexibility in more ways.
More ways to progress: Exercises can be modified for beginners or made more challenging as your strength and confidence grow.
